Telecom manager sets up the passwords for the users. The security of the system as also the up gradation of the system is the job of the telecom manager. The telecom manager is in charge of the telecommunications staff, and is responsible for hiring and training the staff. The telecom manager oversees the bills for telecommunications to ensure their accuracy.
