DESCRIPTION: The Contracts Analyst u2013 Operations, Supply Chain, will support five Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing teams through validating existing contracts and uploading them into a contract repository via a web-based Contract Management Repository.u00a0 RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with Legal Department and Strategic Sourcing to drive the amendment process for all contract renewals, amending of contract language and terms, etc.Contract language knowledge and ability to input metadata into Contracts Management RepositoryCleanse and validate existing metadata and contractual agreements within the Contracts Management RepositoryMaintain supplier information housed in the contract repository and create new suppliers, signatories and contracts while ensuring accuracy and consistencyIdentify expiring contracts and work with appropriate Category Management and Sourcing leadership to decision renewal / expiration decisionsClosely collaborate with Sourcing Teams throughout supplier contracting process QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years Supply Chain or Contractsu2019 Management experienceBacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experienceMust have proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office applications requiredExperience with amending contracts and familiarity with contractual language: term, payment terms, Parent-Child mapping, etc.Experience in sourcing preferredUnderstanding of web-based contracts and/or procurement tools, i.e. GEPExcellent professional, interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsExperience in Telecommunications Industry desiredStrong Attention to detailMust be self-motivated and drive results Education: Bachelors Degree
