The Compliance (UM) Coordinator 2 collects and analyzes data daily, weekly, monthly or as needed to assess outcome and operational metrics for the team and individuals. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of Administrative, Healthcare or Customer Service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel with the ability to type and enter data accurately, as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office (Satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); recommended speed is 10Mx1M
Preferred Qualifications
Clerical support background in a healthcare environment
Experience working in a call center environment a plus

Hours for this role are: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST
