Essential Responsibilities:
Define and/or support design team to define the tests and the tests equipment (sensors, data acquisition systems, software needs…) required to validate the design assumptions and models in the wind turbine prototypes, at systems integration level (subassemblies) or at component level. That includes loads, stress and vibrations measurements, noise campaigns, mechanical and electrical performance tests..
Plan & execute the needed tests in the wind turbine prototypes, subassemblies or components, following the applicable standards and procedures.
Post-process the data recorded using different tools (i.e: Matlab, Famos, Excel) as per the Test Plans or Data Requests.
Document in test reports the results obtained.
Définir et/ou aider l’équipe de conception à
définir les tests et les équipements de test (capteurs, systèmes d’acquisition
de données, besoins logiciels, etc.) nécessaires pour valider les hypothèses et
les modèles de conception dans les prototypes d’éoliennes, au niveau
intégration des systèmes (sous-ensembles) ou au niveau composants. Cela
comprend des mesures de charges, de contraintes et de vibrations, des campagnes
de bruit, des tests de performances mécaniques et électriques.
Planifier et exécuter les tests nécessaires
sur les prototypes, les sous-ensembles ou les composants d’éoliennes, en
respectant les normes et les procédures applicables.
Assurer le post-traitement des données
enregistrées à l’aide de différents outils (Matlab, Famos, Excel) conformément
aux plans de test ou requêtes de données.
Documenter les résultats obtenus dans des
rapports de tests.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronic or Mechanical specialty)
Significant experience in test & validation in the wind industry or another industry with similar requirements in a similar role (e.g. aeronautics, automotive, etc.) Comprehensive knowledge of instrumentation and data acquisition systems and tools (i.e: loads, vibrations, pressure and temperature sensors, data acquisition systems needed to manage, record and store the information obtained, communication protocols, data postprocessing and analysis software…)
Leadership skills to drive tasks completion with internal and external resources and to resolve technical and organizational issues.
Structured approach to problem solving.
Capability to communicate in a clear and structured way, both orally and in writing, with internal and external partners (e.g. suppliers, customers)
Ability to coordinate several projects/activities simultaneously.
Fluent in English.
Availability for travelling to execute and/or witness test campaigns.
BAC 3 en ingénierie (spécialité
Télécommunications, Électronique ou Mécanique)
• Expérience significative du test et de la
validation dans le secteur de l’éolien ou dans un autre secteur ayant des
exigences similaires à un poste similaire (aéronautique, automobile, etc.)
• Connaissance approfondie de
l’instrumentation et des systèmes et outils d’acquisition de données (charges,
vibrations, capteurs de pression et sondes de température, systèmes
d’acquisition de données nécessaires pour gérer, enregistrer et stocker les
informations obtenues, protocoles de communication, logiciel de post-traitement
et d’analyse de données, etc.)
• Compétences en matière d’encadrement pour mener
à bien les tâches avec des ressources internes et externes, et pour résoudre
les problèmes techniques et organisationnels
• Approche structurée pour la résolution des
problèmes
• Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et
structurée, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, avec des partenaires internes et
externes (fournisseurs, clients, etc.)
• Capacité à coordonner plusieurs projets/activités simultanément
• Mobilité : déplacements à prévoir pour exécuter
des campagnes de test et/ou y participe
